Privacy Policy

Summary
CueMarshal ("the app") is developed by Beacon Light Investments ("we," "us"). CueMarshal does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your personal data. Everything you enter — shows, cues, roles, and run history — stays on your device unless you choose to export it yourself using the app's own Backup feature.
What CueMarshal Stores, and Where

What CueMarshal Does Not Do
- It does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal identifier to use.
- No analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDK of any kind.
- No access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library is requested.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties, because no data is collected from you in the first place.
- No cloud backend operated by the developer exists to store, process, or have access to your show data.
When the App Talks to Anything Outside Itself
A small number of actions hand off to your device's operating system or to Apple/Google directly, rather than to us:
- Backup export / restore — uses your device's native share sheet and file picker so you choose where a backup file goes and where a restore file comes from. We never see this file.
- "Write a Review" — uses Apple's or Google's built-in in-app review prompt, governed by their own privacy policies. We receive nothing from it.
- "Manage Subscription" — opens Apple's or Google's own subscription-management page. Your subscription and payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies; we never receive your payment details.
Subscriptions
CueMarshal Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective terms. Your entitlement is checked using the platform's own purchase records; we do not operate a server and no purchase or usage data is transmitted to us.
Deleting Your Data
Because everything is stored locally, you are always in full control:
- Delete individual shows, cues, or runs from within the app.
- Use Settings → "Delete All My Data" to permanently erase everything CueMarshal has stored on your device.
- Uninstalling the app also removes all of its local data.
There is no account or server-side copy of your data for us to delete, because none exists. This does not affect a previously purchased CueMarshal Pro subscription, which is tracked by Apple or Google, not by CueMarshal.
Children's Privacy
CueMarshal is a professional tool for stage managers and production staff and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes — for example, if a future version adds server-side features — the "Effective date" above will be updated and the new version published at this same URL.
